• Is there a warranty?

    • Most bedliners that leaves our shop have a lifetime warranty against cracks, peels, and lifting of any kind. Intentional misuse or abuse will not be covered (gauging, etc.). Bedliner Specialists reserves the right to refuse warranty service at their discretion.

    • Unfortunately, there is no warranty on rustproofing and undercoating.

  • What products do you use?

    • We use a multitude of products that are suitable for your every need. If you have a specific product in mind, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your preferences!

  • How long does it take?

    • For a bedliner, we will need your truck for 5-6 hours. Drop it off the night before using our key drop, or the morning of your appointment by 9am. Your truck is typically ready for pick up after 4pm the same day.

    • Rustproofing and undercoating is typically a one day process and we recommend your vehicle be dropped off the day before your appointment so we can wash it and keep it inside overnight. It will be ready for pick up around 5pm the day of your appointment, pending the package you choose.

  • Do you have a key drop box?

    • Yes! Drop your vehicle off at your convenience by using the key drop box next to the front door of the shop!

  • Does my vehicle have to be picked up the same day as my appointment?

    • No, if you are unable to pick it up the day of your appointment, we will park your vehicle in our parking lot until you are ready. The keys will be locked in the shop overnight.

  • What payments do you accept?

    • We accept cash, business checks and all major credit cards (fees apply).

  • Is there a certain time of year to have my bedliner or rustproofing/undercoating done?

    • No! Both bedliners and rustproofing/undercoating jobs can be done all year round!

  • How long before I can use my truck bed after it’s been sprayed?

    • As soon as you leave the shop! The bedliner dries to the touch in about 8-10 seconds and can be used right away.

  • Can I drive my vehicle after it’s been rustproofed/undercoated?

    • Yes, you can treat your vehicle like normal when you leave. It can even go through the car wash.
